Credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Check In: 1:00 p.m.
Check Out: 12:00 p.m.
Credit Cards Accepted:
American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 1 day before arrivin to avoid charges.
No Show Policy:
No charge.
Extra person Policy:
In Single Guestroom up to 1 extra person and in a Double Guestroom up to 2 people with an extra cost of $140 Mexican pesos per extra person.
Kids Policy:
9 years old or older are charged as an adult.
Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
We don’t count with extra beds.
